Application Architect (.NET, React)

A leading insurance tech company is seeking an Application Architect to provide technical guidance and architectural design as they transition to a microservices architecture. This role requires someone who can join with minimal support. As it’s a US-based company, occasional work beyond 5 PM may be needed.

Remote/Ireland

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction and architecture design for complex projects.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to ensure alignment.
• Champion scalability, data integrity, and security.
• Guide developers through mentorship and code reviews.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in cloud-native enterprise software with C#, .NET Core, ReactJS, Web APIs, RESTful services.
• 2+ years of architecture experience.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, and microservices migration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
